Booking policy

1. We require a 50 per cent deposit to secure a booking.  Bookings can be made through our website.  We accept deposits through Paypal. You will be redirected to Paypal's website from our online booking form to complete the transaction.  Deposits sent through Paypal are to be made in US dollars.  Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay securely with a credit or debit card.

2. Regarding cancellations, if cancellation is made within:
- 60 days before arrival, 100% of deposit will be returned.
- 30 days before arrival, 50% of deposit will be returned.
- 14 days before arrival, deposit will no longer be returned.

3. We are currently only accepting deposits made through Paypal.

4. We can offer discounts for stays longer than 7 days, during low season.  Please contact us for further details.

5. Final payment is due on arrival in cash in Indonesian rupiah. There are ATMs in central Lovina, as well as many money changers.

6. Taxes are included in the room rate.
