Restaurant

Our restaurant specializes in Indonesian and Balinese food.  Ammanda is from Sumatra and our cook is Balinese, so our taste is a little different, from other places.  We have a large BBQ which we use for grilling fishing or other BBQ meat.  The BBQ also has a rotisserie which we use for cooking Ayam Betutu (Chicken cooked in Balinese spices) or even duck.  It takes a bit of time to prepare, so please order these dishes one day in advance. 

Breakfast is included in the price and we don't have a set menu, but includes toast and eggs or pancake, tea or coffee, juice and fresh fruit.  For people staying more than one day, we try to vary it from day to day.

Ayam Mentega - Fried chicken in sweet butter sauce

Koloke - Fried chicken or fish in sweet and sour sauce

Fuyung Hai - Chinese/Indonesian style omlette

Betutu Chicken - Balinese roasted chicken (please order one day in advance)

Betutu Duck - Balinese roast duck (please order one day in advance)

Grilled pork ribs - Marinated in sweet hoison sauce and grilled on the BBQ, served with chips or rice (please order one day in advance)
