Rates

Please note the following when booking:

• Should you be interested in booking “The Private 2 Bedroom Villa” for a minimum 1 month stay, please email mumbulguesthouse@gmail.com to negotiate terms & pricing. 
• All prices above are inclusive of government tax and service charges.
• We can offer a discount for longer stays so please contact us for further details. We are happy to give a discount if you book with us directly and for walk-in guests, subject of course to availability.
• We require a 30% deposit to secure a booking & the remaining balance is to be paid on arrival. There are many ATM’s and money changers close by.
• The pricing of our 2x superior family apartments & 1x deluxe family room is based on a maximum of 2x adults & 2x children under the age of 16 years old. 
• Any more than 2x adults in our superior family apartments or deluxe family room will be charged an additional Rp 100.000 per adult/per night.
• Subject to availability, we can often add single beds into our larger rooms for an additional Rp 100,000 rupiah per adult, or Rp 75.000 per child under the age of 16 years old.
• Our daily laundry service is charged @ Rp 15,000 per kilo (within 24 hours) or our express laundry service is charged @ Rp 20,000 per kilo (within 12 hours) 
• PLEASE NOTE: Our rooms, apartments & villa are all non-smoking. Should we notice someone has been smoking inside our accommodation, you will be charged a minimum of Rp 200.000
